Elastic rings
Made of NR rubber with high elasticity, the elastic rings are used in many sectors of mechanical and construction engineering.
It is typical their use in stay cable components and in antiseismic devices.
They are custom products, designed and manufactured following the Client’s needs. Typically they have a set of holes to allow the installation of the anchoring bars for the assembling of the final product.
The usual dimensional range varies between 250mm and 800mm diameters, even if AGOM production machines can mould even bigger rings.
Rubber anti-vibration mounts
Rubber anti-vibration mounts and dampers allow the isolation of plant sections and/or single specific machines, as for example current generators, big hydraulic units, presses, etc…
They are manufactured with high performance NR rubber, if necessary with increased damping, vulcanized to metal parts for an easy installation on the final structures.
It is possible to have mounts made with two different rubber, one to provide the required performances and a thin layer of anti-wear rubber to protect the device against the coil contact.

Railway baseplate pads
These pads are used in the modern railway installations without ballast, with the scope of lending the required elasticity to the structure.
They allow a uniform distribution of the load caused by the rail and reduce the eventual vibrations generated between wheels and rail.
With easy and quick installation, togheter with increasing the confort of the passengers, the pads limitate the rail wearing thus optimizing the maintaining costs.
The pads can be manufactured with different dimensions and geometry to suit at best each single project.
Shoes and track pads for tracked machines
To allow tracked machines to freely move without damaging delicate soils or asphalt, AGOM produces rubber shoes with different dimensions and geometry.
In case the use on delicate soils is sporadic AGOM produces rubber track pads to be temporarily installed onto the machine steel tracks.
AGOM uses only rubber compound with high resistance to abrasion and tearing to assure an increased service life of the products.
The typical range of AGOM pads varies between 200mm to 800mm of width, these ones dedicated to bigger machines.
The rubber components assure a perfect traction even in those conditions where steel tracks risk to slide; the uniform and slow wear gives a flat bearing surface during all the service lifetime without damaging the soil.
Arch fenders
Single piece arch fenders are the most easy and versatile solution for the mooring docks, assuring a long service lifetime even without particular maintenance.
The anchoring system, easy and quick, gives a high stability to the dock wall even under extreme stresses thanks to the steel plates vulcanized into the fender base.
The product is manufactured with high performance compound, specifically protected against the environmental agents.
AGOM can produce fenders with different geometries, basing on the the Client’s needs, to suit each specific project.
Concrete pumping pistons
Concrete pumping pistons allow to send the concrete to the casting area, even at high heights, without oozes to the concrete tank.
They are made with a cast iron core vulcanized to a high resistance rubber compound.
There are different types and dimensions, based on the characteristics of the machine in which they will be installed.
The geometry is the ideal balance between the sealing performance and the sliding easiness of the piston, thus optimizing the service life of the component.

Steel rubber rotors
Steel rotors covered by rubber are typically used in machines for concrete spraying.
Manufactured with high wear resistant rubber, they allow the correct regulation of the sprayed concrete without ooze in the machine.
AGOM produces rotors with several sizes and geometries as per Client’s specification.
V-shaped plates
V-shaped plates are used as bearing seat for pipes, typically for gas or liquid plants.
These components are made in NR with typical nominal hardness of 60 or 70 ShA3 and additioned with specific anti-ozone agents which avoid the deterioration of the product due to atmospheric agents.
Rubber hoses
Manufactured with NR or CR compound, according to the environmental conditions in which they will be used, rubber hoses connect in a flexible way different parts of a machine or of a plant.
The configuration vary according to the Client’s needs to which AGOM can adapt thanks to a wide set of production moulding presses.
